A website we were excited to get a little wet for.
So there we were. 11 Go-Pros, a drone, sound equipment and still cameras. On a 37 hundred horse power tug boat, in the middle of the Missippi River at near breaching depths, with a 7 knot current, 15 knot winds, approaching a million ton freighter, three football fields long. Then, our creative director yells, “action.” Good thing we were ready for a new challenge.

A platform to find talent they didn’t know they had.
First, we asked why. Then, we looked for how and what. A search for efficiency turned out to be just the jumping off point for this engineering firm. We learned their processes, their employees, and their culture. When we found and explored the deeper patterns, we discovered an interesting problem: people weren’t talking about communication. This was especially true with employees spread out or working virtually. Employees were having trouble connecting with leadership, company culture, and other employees. The company had no reliable system to consistently communicate or to identify the right employees for a project.
What we learned: Communication can be a silent issue.

In 2019, organizations are not restricted to file cabinets. We were tasked with creating a single virtual system that housed data from 64 districts, 4 different case management systems, and various mainframes, that any district attorney could use to access Louisiana case data and empower their decision making. It took a custom process, a lot of focus, and a wide range of expert technical resources to create the Case Management System, data warehouse for Louisiana.
